Yoga Basics. This is a class for those who haven't tried yoga before or who want a refresher. This class will offer an introduction to basic poses and breathing techniques. The session will be taught by Andrew Greff, a yoga instructor with 10 years teaching experience. Bring a yoga mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.
